Cardinal Activities December 18-20

**Reminder- ALL students in 1st through 8th grade must be accompanied by an adult to gain admittance into an athletic event being played at a Collinsville facility. We appreciate your continued support and flexibility as we navigate through the school year.

**Due to Covid 19 or inclement weather there could be changes made to the activity schedule, please be patient with us, and follow the School website for any changes.

Monday- JH Basketball @ Claremore 5:00/6:00/7:00 (7th and 8th Girls and 9th Boys are in the HS Gym and 7th and 8th Boys play at the JH Gym)

Tuesday- V/JV Basketball @ Tahlequah 4:00/5:00/6:00/7:30

Wednesday-

Thursday- Christmas Break

Friday- Christmas Break

Saturday- Christmas Break

Canon Acklin (2nd Place), Hudson Henslick (5th Place), and the wrestling team had a good effort at the extremely difficult Kansas City Invitational Tournament over the weekend.

So happy to share the news! Collinsville High School's own Jazz choir, "Tuesday Afternoon", was chosen to sing at the Oklahoma Music Educators Association Winter conference! So incredibly honored to direct this fantastic group!

Recordings are made each year from all over the state of Oklahoma for this opportunity. CHS jazz choir was one of only two groups chosen this year! It is great to be a Cardinal!!

Jazz One and Jazz Two competed at the Verdigris Jazz Festival last Friday. Jazz Two won the "E" Classification and made a Division One Rating. Jazz One won Class 5A and also made a Division One Rating. Also, Drew Finney won the Overall Outstanding Soloist Award for the competition!
