In the late Sir Ken Robinson’s book, Out of Our Minds, he talks about Command and Control vs Climate control. I love referring to these two terms when discussing the ecosystem of schools. Everyday we act as artists to create for the perfect balance of these elements to allow for transformational learning experiences to emerge.
