All State Leafguard will be cleaning out and making any necessary repairs.

We are asking all homeowners to let us know if they have noticed any problems with their gutters or any disconnected leaders or downspouts. If you note this in advance, the contractor will be sure to correct.

It's happening again. Another homeowner has left refuse outside the garbage bins. Now the rest of us need to pay to have it carted away.

If you see someone leaving construction debris or any oversized trash on the side of our bins, please reach out to the property manager. We would then charge the homeowner directly for the removal fees.

If you are doing work in your house or moving, please call CRP directly.

It's up to each one of us. Keep the garbage & recycling sheds clean!

• Break down the cardboard.
• Don't overflow the receptacles. Use the receptacles in the back.
• Be a good neighbor & keep this area neat & clean.

If you see that the garbage sheds need tidying, please be a good neighbor and do the right thing!

With winter quickly approaching, we want to remind all homeowners to turn off the hose bib and shut off the water from the inside. You do not want your pipes to freeze and burst!

After our November 30, 2021 meeting with the homeowners, the BOD has approved the 2022 budget.

There will be a small budget increase of 2%.

Liberty Knoll is a pet-friendly community and we welcome pet owners walking their dogs on a leash in our common areas.

Pet owners are expected to be respectful of their neighbors and always clean up after their dogs.

If a homeowner does not, they will incur a $25 fine for each violation.
