I hope you are all doing well given the unusual circumstances we currently face. I am finding it very strange to be away from school, and especially from staff and students. I don't have a lot of new information today, but wanted to ensure that you have updates and remain connected.

At the moment, school remains closed, but O'Maley staff are hard at work. Teachers have updated enrichment resources online, and do put together items that can be distributed as paper packets for those families who do not have access to electronic versions. Our goal is to continue to provide supplemental learning opportunities that students and families may choose to access. To ensure equity across our community, they are not required, and will not be graded.

We realize that many families have greatly varying capacity to "do school" at home, especially right now.

For those families without electronic access, resources packets will be ready and available at Beeman and Veterans schools on Thursday during lunch distribution, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. If you have electronic access at home, please leave printed packets for those who do not. Thank you!

The Student and Staff Compilation is a collection of creative contributions, a sharing of what we are all doing while we are out of school and an opportunity to connect. I review it daily, and post viewable versions on our website regularly. See the March 24th version posted above. I encourage all students to join in. It's an amazing collective effort already!
