3 Things to Know ...
1. Back to School Night
We're excited about our upcoming Back to School Night on September 7th!! To make this evening as informative as possible, we kindly request that it be an adults-only occasion. While not mandatory, this will help our teachers to share classroom details more effectively.
Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of classroom and grade-level expectations. If you need to bring your child, we recommend having a second adult with you so that kids can enjoy some outdoor play on the back lawn while you engage in this valuable event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
4:30-5:00 Vendor Tour & Welcome Message from Campus Leadership Team

5:10-5:30 “Session1”
Note: if you only have one student, you only need to attend one session.
5:30-5:40 Transition to classrooms
5:40-6:00 “Session 2”
Note: if you have more than two students, you will need to bring a second adult so they can attend one of the classroom sessions.
2. Attendance
Our primary mission is to grow a culture of literacy, ensuring that every student achieves grade-level reading proficiency.
Our commitment to this goal begins the moment students step into our school at 7:40am. It's essential to note that when a student arrives late, they may miss valuable instruction. By 8:30, many of our students have already completed their first writing activity of the day. Your punctual attendance by 7:40am greatly supports your child's educational journey.
Also note, breakfast is out the door by 8:00am.
3. Shoes
Students should wear clothes and shoes that they can run, jump, climb, sit on the floor, and play in for daily recess. Flip flops, slippers and slides should not be worn to school.
What are we learning?
All classes from PreK to 5th grade are currently learning…
In math around the building, students have been reviewing place value and basic numeracy skills.
In writing, students are learning about complete sentences and journal writing.
In reading, most classes have jumped into their phonics lessons. If you have a Kinder through 3rd grade student, they are starting the program: Really Great Reading!
