Mill Valley Weekly
December 1st, 2022
Hello Mill Valley Families,
It's hard to believe today is the last day of trimester 1 for the 2022-2023 school year. Your student's report card will be viewable in Infinite Campus on Monday, December 12th.
Our goal is to provide all parents with clear and concise information related to their child’s progress aligned to grade level standards and social development.
The indicators on the report card are closely aligned to the key grade level standards being taught to your child. The grading scale (N A M E), is used to communicate the progress your child is making toward the end of year proficiency goal. For example, if it is reported that your child is currently “Meeting” an indicator, it can be understood that they are making the expected progress toward the end of year expectation. If at the next trimester, they are no longer “Meeting” but are now “Approaching,” it would be an indication that the expected progress has not been met and support would be provided.
We appreciate the opportunity to partner with you in your child’s education.
Please contact your child’s teacher with any questions.
Sincerely,
Robin Schrot, Principal
Allyce Harris, Associate Principal
