Message from Superintendent Mike Johnson

Dear CSD Families,


As January and our semester draw to a close, the changing of seasons feels near. Days are getting longer, the academic year is nearly halfway complete, and our students are growing and learning every day.


While it's still School Board Appreciation month, I'd like to once again thank our incredible board of directors for all they do to make a significant, lasting impact for our community. I am grateful for their partnership as we work together to secure a bright future for Creswell's children and admire Lacey Risdal, Ashley Miller, Mark Parker, Mike Anderson, Tim Rogers, and Kandice Lemhouse Worsham for their efforts and enthusiasm!


Here's to a wonderful second semester in CSD!

Sheds of Hope Project - CHS Construction Class

This term, Creswell High School's construction class has been applying the basic carpentry and framing skills they are learning to help build sheds for those who lost their homes in the recent Holiday Farm fire. After receiving plans and materials from a local nonprofit through the Sheds of Hope project, the students have prefabricated three sheds which will be installed on-site, providing owners a place to store their belongings and offering a first step on the road to rebuilding. Watch the video below to learn more about the impact these students are creating for others.

Creswell Babe Ruth Baseball tryouts/evaluations are February 12-13th from 9 a.m. - Noon at Creswell High School. Registration is open now and is required prior to tryouts. To learn more and complete your registration online, visit www.creswellbaberuthbaseball.com.

ODHS - February 22nd Event

Have you ever thought about fostering or wondered how you can support local resource parents? ODHS is hosing an event on February 22, 2022 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Cottage Grove Community Center where you can ask questions and learn more. Click here to register.
