Good afternoon,

This past week, it was an honor to present our first Cubs of the Month for Habit #1: Be Proactive! We enjoyed welcoming those families for a breakfast to celebrate this special time together. This week, we will begin our new Habit of the Month: Begin with the End in Mind. Your children will learn about goal setting and the steps they need to take to meet their goals!

Each week, we have a lot going on! Please take the time to read through the Chronicle to ensure you know what is happening at Crosswell!

Wednesday: English Class 8:30-12:30

Thursday: Fall Picture Day
Friday: Ice Cream Tickets Sold until 8! $1.00 each

Next week:

Please remember that there will be no school for students on Monday, October 9th and Tuesday, October 10th.

It is a pleasure to continue serving our Cubs, and we look forward to seeing all our students on Monday!

Wednesday:

• Lego Club with Mrs. Johnson 2:45-3:30, club members have been contacted.

Thursday:

• Cub Step Club 2:45-3:30 with Mrs. Holloway, permission slip must be returned
• Drama Tones 3:00-4:00 with Mrs. Gillespie and Mrs. Sokol
• Crosswell SOAR 3:00-4:00 with Mrs. Willis, Mrs. Whitmire, Mrs. Carbone, & Mrs. Grant

We celebrated our Cubs of the Month on Wednesday for being recognized as leaders in their class for displaying the characteristics of Habit #1: Be Proactive.

We have 15 classrooms that met their goal of 8 days with perfect attendance this month! We love setting goals and crushing them at CWE!
