CTS Snapshot

Welcome to our new CTS Snapshot - a weekly celebration update. We are delighted to share with parents and carers alike student triumphs at Corby Technical School. We are proud of every student and every success they have - please feel free to share with us any achievements they might have.

Students

• Stefan 11S - Fantastic progress resulting in an excellent History test.
• Year 7 and 8 - nominated by Mr Gourlay after taking part in the Hour of Code as part of their Computer Science Week.
• Robotics Club - for their fantastic Skype interview with the Open University.
• Ellie 8T - amazing bread making in Food Technology.
• Indira 8C and Kelly 8S - great Geography assessment.
• 7Z STEM - excellent focus and great design ideas.
• Ryan 10T - great extended writing and attitude to learning in German. Ryan is also Kahoot Champion.
• Kriss 11T and Tyrell 10C - for their refereeing skills during the District Girls Basketball Tournament.
• Keali - 10T - nominated by Mr Rogers for her citizenship.
• Romy 11T - nominated by Miss Keogh for her friendliness and always being polite when speaking to office staff.
• Grace 9C - for consistent hard work in English to an excellent standard and completing work after school.

• Miss Connellan - nominated by Year 10 for always making sure books are marked and providing great feedback.
• Miss Watt - nominated by Ryan 10T for her engaging German lessons.
• Miss Went - nominated by Jamie 10T for being a supportive tutor.
• Mrs Royce - for her amazing lessons.
• Mr Harley - nominated by students in 11S for going the extra mile and supporting them in completing course work in DT.
