An Important Message Concerning Regional Science Fair
This information is for parents of students that placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in our Hedgesville Middle School Science Fair.
Congratulations! You have qualified for the Regional Science Fair that will take place on Friday, February 2nd at the Ranson Civic Center (disregard the incorrect date on the form). Click here to read the Regional Science Fair Letter to Participants: http://tinyurl.com/SFLetter24
If you will be attending the fair, you must complete the following:
1. the field trip permission slip (http://tinyurl.com/SFPermission24)
2. the medical information form (http://tinyurl.com/SFMedical24)
3. the one-page registration form (http://tinyurl.com/SFApplication24) OR the online registration link (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScC7zmNLsDO_pVi32bLRi-jpfykqIAPHTqMHpP0GouOy8oxug/viewform) One OR the other!
This must be completed by Friday, January 26th. Please turn in paperwork to the school coordinator, Mr. Griffin.
