Weekly Good News

The Wayland Varsity Dance Team was able to debut their first performance as a full team on December 15th during the Varsity Basketball half time. The team performed their jazz piece choreographed by Coach Elizabeth Stein to the song "Lose Control" by Teddy Swims. The team is looking forward to a jam packed season of basketball games and competitions!

Students in Mrs. Nykerk's 2nd grade classroom kicked off the year by talking about New Year's Resolutions. After reading the book "Squirrel's New Year's Resolution" in library, students had the opportunity to brainstorm and create their own resolutions/goals. Such a fun activity!

6th grade PRIDE students in Mr & Mrs Hoogewind's classes enjoyed socializing and playing games during no tech Friday!
