October 14
Announcements & Updates
- Mountain View is promoting Breast Cancer awareness and raising money to support Susan G. Komen for the Cure. On October 25, students will “Tape a Teacher." By donating $1 for each piece of duct tape, students can pin Mr. Jorgensen, Officer Behre, and Student Council President Tyson Ross to the wall! Students are also encouraged to wear pink, and the “pinkest” grade will earn Spirit Points. Cash and checks -- payable to Susan G. Komen for the Cure -- will be accepted.
- Attention 8th grade parents: Please review the email sent on Friday, October 11 re: Washington, D.C. trip. The deadline to respond is today.
- The annual 7th grade food drive to benefit the Interfaith Food Pantry of Morris County is underway. Each home base has been given a list of items to collect and a donation box. Donations will be accepted through Friday, November 1. The seventh graders thank you in advance for your support!
