'Twas the Night before Graduation

The BHS staff would like to wish you well on your journeys as you leave our building and our guidance. We are confident that you have the skills and abilities to find your path to your dreams. You are a part of history at BHS as your faces join the wall of thousands of students who have also walked these halls and who we proudly refer to as alumni. You are capable of greatness and can exact positive change in our community, in our state, in our country, and in our world. You have the power to treat each other with kindness and love, the power to be kind to those who are unkind. You have the power to teach and inform, not belittle and put down, and you know that together we are strong, but divided we are weak. Take that Buck pride into the future and teach it, live it, own it. Together, our world will grow in love and heal itself.

Tonight, while you anticipate walking across the stage to receive your diploma, go back and watch your senior video one more time and remember the memories that were created during those candid moments. Take those smiles and tears from your face and wear them in your heart. Wear them with pride, and let them guide you on your path to your dreams.

Be brave, be kind, be you.

The decision to move graduation indoors will be made by 9:30 Friday morning. Due to the amount of technology we will be using, if there is the slightest chance that it will rain during our ceremony we will move it indoors. Please watch for an instant alert or a social media post!! All guests will have to have a ticket to enter the gymnasium. Be sure you have shared those with family and friends. Those who cannot attend in person can watch the livestream on our school website or by clicking the link provided below.

Also, since our gym floor has been recently refinished, we kindly ask that you do not wear high heels or any shoes that will damage our newly restored gym floors. Thank you!!

If you would like to walk in tomorrow's ceremony, please take care of all of your responsibilities to the school. We are not a for-profit organization and we depend on the materials that we purchase to last us for many classes that come after you!
