In the last few weeks, there has been an avalanche of, well, everything: resources, communications, e-mails, notifications, and all of it is so new. Where do you even start? In education-speak we talk about chunking: breaking down large tasks into more manageable pieces. First, your own well-being. How are you managing your schedule? How are you taking care of yourself? I suggest taking a moment to think about how you have approached this first few weeks and what changes you might consider as we move forward. One mindfulness practice I would like to get back into is journaling. Journaling is a practice that can help you organize your life, remember moments you don't want to forget (like these crazy days), and process information that can be difficult to process.
