Leaders Together, Talking, and Transforming Cities & Culture
How can people from other racial backgrounds build relational bridges with our Latino neighbors here in the U.S.?
The introduction of my talk will be about how the Latino in particular immigrant community is experiencing a spiritual awakening here in the U.S. I will also touch on the confusion there is on the difference between a Mexican and all other Hispanic nationalities. The latter part of my talk will be on four practical bridges that give us a greater understanding of how to relate to our Latino neighbors.
Who is Alex Vaiz?
My name is Alex Vaiz. I’m the founder and Pastor of a Spanish speaking church in Sacramento for the last eight years named Vida Church.
