CFF NEWSLETTER: Pump It Up Results

Dear CMCS Families,

On behalf of CFF, our president, Kate Harrington, and the entire Pump It Up committee, we wanted to send a very big, sincere thank you for helping make this a successful fundraiser and event for our kids. I especially want to thank the folks below who volunteered over 4 hours of their day to make Friday a bunch of fun for the kids! The event would not have been possible without you!

We had over 100 kids complete the Spring Into Fitness challenge. Well over half the school registered for Fundhub. We overflowed a massive box full of donated shoes. Almost every class met their individual fundraising goal. And, most importantly, we achieved and strongly eclipsed our overall goal of $20,000!! Because we are a community, and because we are all in this together, EVERY student won with that achievement. Hopefully, you have seen the sweet, blue CMCS headbands on your kids’ heads!

Overall, we raised $26,430! The money goes straight into the enrichment programs that help make our school so special, giving our children opportunities to try and learn many new things. These programs are vital to our ethos at CMCS, so thank you all for helping make them possible. A full list of awards and incentive winners is below.

It is a truly awarding feeling to help facilitate these events that raise such important funds as a member of CFF. We hope you all see the opportunity for you to participate in this as our CFF nominations and elections are just around the corner.
