Chef Young studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, where his love for cooking flourished. His training continued with world-renowned French Master Chef Dominique Filoni, at Savona Cuccina Della Costa. Chef Young is also an instructor for the Accredited Culinary Arts Program at Delaware County Community College under the direction of former Executive Chef of Le Bec Fin and owner of Gilmore's of West Chester. Chef Young has held titles from Executive Chef to Entremetier Chef. Chef Young is also the Director of the Culinary Arts Summer Cooking School, which has widened his experiences to working with children of different ages. Chef Young is patient and his sense of humor helps all people with their comfort levels in the kitchen. He gives his gift of the art of cooking a different flavor for his students and others who never knew that cooking could be so much fun.
