Time really feels like it is just flying by. We only have 3 weeks until it's time for Thanksgiving Break! There are only a few things that I would like to bring to your attention this month, and they are all outlined below.

I recently made some adjustments to my weekly schedule to allow time to complete two (2) campus walkthroughs each week. Many of you have already begun to receive Outlook invitations from me to schedule dates in November. I would love for you to be able to walk the campus with me. However, if you have other campus commitments, I understand. I will also be sharing my walkthrough schedule with your administrators and asking them to join us if they are available.

Feedback from walkthroughs will be sent directly to you to share with your teachers. It is my goal to have the feedback to you within 2-3 days. My goal is to use these walkthroughs to help with planning for your campus technology goals, professional development, and other campus needs. I will also include some simple fixes in my feedback that you can share with your teachers and staff.

The fall semester is well underway, and I know that you are all working extremely hard to provide your campus teachers with Technology Integration PD opportunities. If your teachers are in need of Level 2 & 3 PD hours, consider offering some of our district courses as campus-based courses for your teachers. You can request access to any of the Level 2 or Level 3 courses that we offer at the district level. I am happy to work with you to customize the course to meet your campus' specific needs.

What does that look like?

• Offering the courses face-to-face (on campus)
• Offering the courses in a blended format (online and on campus)
• Offering the courses in an online format
