Read Across America week was a big success! Our students dressed "wacky" on Wednesday and read the story, Wacky Wednesday. The story was then posted on our ActivBoards so students could circle all of the "wacky" things that they noticed in the pictures. This was followed by classroom scavenger hunts to find the wacky things our teachers "hid" among the classroom. Thursday was Dr. Seuss's birthday, so we wore crazy hats and hat a full school read-aloud of The Cat in the Hat. We closed out the week with P for Pancake and Pajama Day. Keeping with the Read Across America theme, we read If You Give A Pig a Pancake before we cooked and ate delicious pancakes! Thanks to our amazing teachers, we had another wonderfully jam packed week, chock full of engaging activities for our Primary Pups!

The front of our building has been beautifully decorated for St. Patrick's Day! Special thanks to our Mrs. Washburn, Mrs. Minckler and her daughter's Girl Scout Troop for sneaking in like leprechauns and getting us in the spirit for March 17th!

Dr. Mary Russo, DDS will be visiting our students on Tuesday, 3/7. She will be talking to the kids about healthy habits for their teeth. Please make sure you've returned the consent form (from Nurse Beth), that was sent home in your child's backpack.

• PK4 Students who are currently enrolled in Primary School will automatically be enrolled in Kindergarten for the 23-24 School Year. (You do not need to register.)
• Kindergarten Registration for new students to the district will open on February 1st.
• Primary Registration for new students to the district will open on February 15th. (As there are limited spots, tuition students are admitted in order of application submission.)
• Registration is virtual.
• All information regarding registration can be found on the WTPS website in the Students and Families drop down menu.
• If you are a current PK 3 family, you do not need to register for PK4, but you will need to confirm you are returning.
• You will be sent a new contract/application by email from Kerrin McGowan.
• You will need to confirm your spot and submit the application by 3/31/23.
