2. Checks (written separately please)

$25 Class Dues

$25 Chromebook Fee

$5 Parking (if applicable)

Lunch Deposit (with student's name and lunch number on memo line)

(Free and reduced forms will also be available)

3. Pick up/Order Yearbooks

Pick up the yearbook if you ordered one last year

Order a yearbook for this coming year

4. Proof of Residency

If you've been contacted regarding residency, please bring the necessary items with you.

5. Nurse's Station

Update and Sign Health Information

Fill out necessary forms

Bring Proof of Vaccination

Drop off Medications

6. Pick up your Chromebook

7. Order your Sports/Athletic Passes

8. Order Falcon Wear (see flyer below)

ATHLETE/PARENT MEETING - TOMORROW

There will be an informational meeting for student athletes in grades 7-12 and their parents/guardians.

Grades: 7th - 12th

Where: HS Auditorium

When: Sunday, August 6th

Time: 6:30 p.m.

*All athletes are parents are strongly encouraged to attend.

ORDER SPORTS/ATHLETIC PASSES

A Blair Oaks Athletic Event Pass can be purchased for an entire family (parents and children K-12th grade) or for an individual. The pass is good for all middle school and high school home games during the 2023-2024 school year with the exception of district events that we host for MSHSAA.

The cost for a family pass is $135.00
The cost for an individual pass is $55.00

There is no gate charge for children under age 5 and not yet enrolled in kindergarten.
There is no gate charge for adults ages 62+.

Please complete this electronic order form. Payment must be sent to Cassi Kelley at the Blair Oaks High School office. Passes will be issued upon receipt of payment.
