Mill Valley Weekly
Thursday, March 11th, 2021
Hello Mill Valley Families,
The Mill Valley flag pole has stood tall and proud for many years. It was during the dedication ceremony in 1926 for the newly remodeled school that the new flag pole was introduced. Julius P. Heil donated the flag pole as he had attended Mill Valley in his youth. Mr. Heil would later go on to be the Governor of Wisconsin from 1939-1943. He coined the phrase, “America’s Dairyland.” Today this flag pole still stands at 64 feet and is in use at Mill Valley. We are hoping that you will see our new flag flying high and proud as you head down Hillendale.
Sincerely,
Robin Schrot, Principal

The information you provide will give us another perspective on your child. Please refrain from making specific teacher requests.
