Relay For Life University
Week12 | Strategic Planning & Goal Setting
Congratulations!
You have made it to week 12 of your Relay For Life on-boarding program. Just think of how you felt when you started this program, new to the American Cancer Society and new to Relay For Life in this role. There were quite a few questions, there were several things being given to you to learn all at once. You were anxious to meet your volunteers and start taking over your events.
By now, you hopefully have spent time in all of your communities with your managers or your peers, you have met your key volunteers and maybe even recruited a few new ones to your events. You have completed your Community Safari and are ready to take all that you have learned and put it into action.
You should be proud. You have learned so much so far. Now it is time to put this into practice. Let's review what we have learned.
