Happy Spring Break!!

I hope you are all enjoying a beautiful week with our Panthers! Just a few announcements as we are away.

LOST AND FOUND / Volunteering

Your closets must be empty at home because our lost and found is full. Stop by the front porch this week to claim your jackets etc.. All leftover items will be donated when we return from the break!


Have you been itching to get back on campus and support our Zilker Panthers?!?! We are open for volunteers to join us on campus again. All interested volunteers must go through the office.


We are looking for volunteers to help with Lost and Found and some other school-wide jobs through the spring semester. Some jobs are removed from students and others involve supporting students in either reading or math.

We are excited to celebrate Pride week next week. Every day we meet people different from ourselves. Promoting and celebrating acceptance for all supports a positive environment for everyone to be who they are at Zilker!

Saturday, 4/24: Everyone is invited to attend the AISD Pride Picnic Party at Eastside Early College Highschool on Saturday, 3/26, from 10am-1pm!

In the Singing Our World Pre K workshop the children explored their feelings and community through song, story, movement and puppetry.

Open Enrollment for iKids 2022-2023 School Year Program!

iKids U Announces Registration for 2022-2023 school year beginning today, March 7, 2022 for the Zilker campus! iKids U is excited to release our new enrollment system which is fully automated. Now parents can register and pay completely online!


iKids U offers a variety of onsite after-school opportunities at Zilker Elementary including Stay & Play until 6:00 PM, Enrichment classes such as Junior Chefs, Karate, Junior Science, Art, Sports, Chess, Music (K-2nd) and (3rd-5th), One-​on-One Piano and Tutoring services. Customize your child's after-school schedule, one to five days a week, with part-time and full-time options available! iKids University is excited to bring weekly Summer Camps to the Doss campus again this year! Each week is a different theme-based Camp. Our camp schedule is customizable to meet your Summer needs, enroll your child from one to all eight weeks of Summer Camp fun! Every week Camp is from Monday thru Thursday, no camp on Fridays this summer. Camp time is 9:00 am - 4:00 pm with before-care (7:30 am - 9:00 am) and after-care (4:00 pm - 6:00 pm) options available. The weekly themes are listed below and please note that there will be no Camp the week of the July 4th holiday.

We have exciting, all-inclusive curriculum encompassing Academic Enrichment, Fine Arts, STEM, Crafts, Cooking, Recreation, and more! Students will participate in hands-on activities and safe socialization with low student to staff ratios! Camps are for students 5 yrs. old - Rising 5th grade.
