2nd Six Weeks Progress Report Grades are Posted in Syward
Please review your students grades with them for the 2nd Six Weeks Progress Report. Please contact teachers with concerns or for tutorial times. The second six weeks will end on November 8th.

Lunch and Learn Begins in October!
Starting October 2019, Ms. Vines will be hosting small group sessions designed to boost self-esteem, social skills, and increase peer relations. Any student can attend, and sessions will be planned according to each group’s specific needs.The groups will be held each Wednesday depending on grade level, during all three lunches in the library
Lunch and Learn times are as follows:
1st Wednesday of each month-9th graders
2nd Wednesday of each month- 10th graders
3rd Wednesday of each month- 11th graders
4th Wednesday of each month- 12th graders
TOPICS
· October- Building Self-Worth
· November- Developing Positive Relationships (emphasis on violence)
· December- Coping Skills for mental health (depression, anxiety, etc.)

Dress Code, Grooming, Backpacks, and IDs

Here are some frequently addressed issues:
- Shirts must fully cover the stomach and torso.
- Holes are allowed in jeans below the knee. Any holes or frays above the knee cannot reveal skin.
- Only natural hair colors are allowed.
- Students may not have facial piercings of any kind. The only piercings allowed are in the earlobes.
- Students may not wear hats or head coverings, including hoodies.
- Students must carry a clear or mesh backpack.
- Students must wear a CHS school-issued ID at all times while on campus.
