Rebel U 2014

Rebel U can be a very overwhelming day with lots of information. To help you, we have updated the Rebel U website with all the information that we have about our day. Lunch will be provided for all attendees and presenters.

We always encourage everyone to fully participate in the day to get the most out of the professional learning experience. This year we are encouraging all attendees to wear their favorite superhero t-shirt or costume. We are excited to see all the different superheroes that show up for the day!

You will be responsible for bringing your own device to use for the day. Due to the nature of presentation involvement and the built-in collaboration time, we strongly recommend the bringing a laptop to use for the day. iPads and other devices may also be used.

A list of items you will probably want to bring:

• Device to use for the day
• Power cord for your device
• Dongle adapter (if you are presenting)
• Something to write with

There will be 5 SCECH credits available for participating in Rebel U for the low cost of $5.00. Forms will be available at registration and payment can be received via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), check, or cash.

We will be having a superhero themed photo booth this year! Bring your friends, team, department, or anyone who will jump in a photo with you to create some Rebel U memories!

If you have any kids superhero costumes/props/toys that you would be willing to let us borrow for the photo booth, we would gladly welcome them! Items may be dropped off at Registration and will be returned at the end of the day.

All day on Wednesday, August 27, we will be having a fundraiser at the Knapps Corner/Celebration Buffalo Wild Wings. All you need to do is show the attached flyer and 20% of your purchase will go back to the Rebel U professional development program. This is available for dine-in or carryout.
