Kettering Middle School Spanish Immersion Parent Newsletter
Principal's Message
Greetings, Kettering Middle School Spanish Immersion Community!
Good Afternoon, KMSSI Community,
I hope everyone had an opportunity to get some much-needed rest this Labor Day weekend. Thank you for a fantastic first week of school! Last week was an excellent start to the school year. Our students felt seen, heard, and valued throughout the building and demonstrated excellence at every level. Some may attribute this to the HONEYMOON period, but I am crazy enough to believe something different. We are evolving as a school community, and it is evident.
We are very grateful to our parents and guardians for your continuous kind words, support, and positive contributions to our school community. Our student's success directly reflects the partnerships we continue to make and the strides we take to create a school culture built on excellence, collaboration, and transparency. We are GROWING TOGETHER this year and will continue to cultivate excellence. Our staff will continue to develop our professional skills and create high-impact learning experiences for students. We will make the necessary instructional adjustments for our struggling learners and provide all students with a quality education. We will also ensure our students have the necessary social-emotional support for self-management, conflict resolution, anger management, and self-affirmation. This year is about moving to the next level in every area, and I know we have all the right pieces in place to ensure this happens.
