Kind Kindergarten News!
Hello Kindergarten Families:
Our scholars are continuing to practice our routines, procedures, and our classroom/school-wide expectations. As the weather begins to change, please be mindful of your scholar’s extra clothing that is at school. Their clothes should be appropriate for the upcoming fall weather, and all of their items should be labeled with their name and grade level. Please continue to have your scholars be responsible for their items, example: coat, lunch bags, water bottles, homework, papers sent home.
Friendly reminder: Please check your scholar's classdojo for any important messages daily, this is the best form of communication to and from the teachers.
Preparing for our upcoming field-trip; we need to have all scholars that are attending the trip return their permission slip filled out completely and signed on both sides. To make payment for the trip, please use the link or QR code . If you have any questions, please reach out to your scholar’s teacher. The permission slips should be returned to your scholars teacher by October 19, 2023. The payments should also be paid A.S.A.P., which could be made by clicking on the link below. Terrific Third Grade News!
In Social Studies, they will begin Chapter 2: Lesson 1 Goods and Services.
In Math, your child is using fact families to learn division facts. A fact family has one or two
multiplication facts and one or two division facts that use the same three numbers. For example a fact family for 5,9, and 45 is:
9 × 5 = 45
5 × 9 = 45
45 ÷ 9 = 5
45 ÷ 5 = 9
