Busy October ahead!
Welcome to October! Both the Lower (Middle) and Upper (High) schools have a busy month planned!
ALL SCHOOL NEWS: (6-12)
- The end of the quarter is Friday, October 8th.
- Progress Reports are coming out via Powerschool on October 15th
- Please help us with our dress code. Dress codes are a critical part of our school's climate.
- Attendance is critical -- please attend school daily and on time!
- Homecoming Week is next week! The dress-up days are listed below and for the entire campus! Come out and support our Redskins at the bonfire, parade, and game Friday!
- Kona Ice is Thursday!
- Redskin Spirit Day is Friday!
- NO SCHOOL Monday 10/11 and Tuesday 10/12
UPPER SCHOOL NEWS: (9-12)
- PSAT and SAT are October 13th. 11th and 12th graders NOT taking the PSAT or SAT will attend school virtually that day. Stay tuned for more details.
LOWER SCHOOL NEWS: (6-8)
- Peeks of the Week for each grade level come out Sunday night or Monday morning. Please read those for detailed grade level information.
- 6th grade field trip to Savannah on Oct. 15th
We are excited about the renovations starting in our Weight Room and Baseball and Softball fields, so excuse our dust outside as we prepare for amazing new facilities thanks to our Superintendent and Board of Education. During this time, we may run into issues that we have to deal with that are outside of our control zone-- but we are so thankful that in the end, we will have new facilities.
We will also continue to work on mitigating circumstances regarding CoVID. We are thankful that what we are doing on campus is working and we are able to be in school. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us. Thank you for your support and for helping us continue to stay face to face.
