GOHS Weekly Update

Even though the final deadline for submitting your child's yearbook recognition ad has passed, there is a limited amount of space still available. If you are still interested, submit your ad now. Ad space will be sold first come, first served. The last day we will be able to accept any late ads will be December 12th or until the available space is filled, whichever comes first. If you purchase your yearbook before December 31st, the Real You picture that was taken will be on the endsheet (inside cover) of their yearbook for FREE.

Yearbooks are available for purchase for $80 with the bookkeeper.

So Cal Recognition will be on campus taking cap and gown orders the following day throughout the year on the Senior Lawn at lunch:

FAFSA

Submit your 2020/2021 FAFSA ASAP! Money is allotted by college financial aid offices on a first come-first get basis by the date you submit your FAFSA.

Applications must be submitted by March 2, 2020.

Families that complete their FAFSA by March 2nd will receive an additional graduation ticket, for a total of 6 tickets. As an added bonus, once you complete your FAFSA, you will automatically be entered into a monthly raffle for two extra graduation tickets. Visit the Counseling website for more information.

Spirit Spectacular! The Great Oak Jazz Ensembles, IB Musicians, and the Spirit of Great Oak Band & Guard will perform in the GOHS Performing Arts Center next week Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 10th and 11th. The event begins at 6:30 PM is free.

A contingent from the Spirit of Great Oak recently went out into our community to say thank you to individuals and businesses.

Our "winter wish," was fulfilled. It means so much to us to say thank you through the talents of our performers.
