Congratulations to these Mustangs!
Clash of Coins
Moore's Student Council is once again hosting a coin drive., "Clash of Coins", to benefit Toys for Tots, an organization that helps spread Christmas joy for local families in need. All money collected will be used by our Student Council representatives to purchase gifts that will then be delivered. This is also a friendly competition, with prizes awarded to the top three performing A2 classes as well as individual drawings. All coins count as positive points for an A2 class while all paper (bills and checks) count as negative points to take away from another class. We've had a great start this week and want to beat last year's total of over $1,700. The drive runs through Monday, December 13. Thank you for your support!
Principal's Message
Welcome back to school! The first day back always reminds us of how THANKFUL we are for our Moore family. The next three weeks are filled with vital instructional activities to prepare for the completion of the first semester. Remember, come to class everyday with your supplies, and participate in every activity to get the most out of each lesson. There will also be fun extracurricular and seasonal activities, so, be at school every day, so you don't miss out. Press on, Mustangs!

Basketball Attendance Announcement
We are looking forward to having parents and families on campus during basketball season to cheer on our teams. Please note that all students must be accompanied by an adult when attending basketball games. The student will only be allowed to remain at the game as long as the adult is present. This will ensure that all of our students make it home safely at the completion of the game. Be aware that other middle schools have a similar policy. If your child would like to attend the game, please make plans to accompany them.

All parents of student-athletes are asked to work one game this season. The proceeds collected by our PTA volunteers benefit all of the students at Moore.
