If you would like to promote an event from your club or organization, please submit your request to Michelle at mwynn@uca.edu by Thursday, to go out in the following week's newsletter.

Have you checked your passport expiration date recently? You must have a valid passport at all times. An expired passport can prevent you from being approved for employment, a Social Security card, and delay the approval of your OPT application. Start the renewal process at least 3 months before your passport expires.

These are the steps you will need to take to request a reimbursement for out of pocket expenses, from LewerMark for your MMR vaccination and T-spot expenses. This reimbursement is part of your wellness benefits with LewerMark. In order to request a reimbursement you will need to take the following steps to file an insurance claim.

• First you will need to obtain your receipt from the Student Health Center.

• Next, you will need to email enrollments@lewer.com to give them your mailing address. You need to provide your mailing address to LewerMark, so they will mail your reimbursement check directly to you. If you live on campus, this will be your P.O. Box number. We will not receive mail for you in our office.

• Lastly, you will email a scanned copy of your receipt from the Student Health Clinic to lewermarksupport@lewer.com and file a claim for your wellness reimbursement.

If you did not have out of pocket expenses for vaccinations or T-spot when you arrived at UCA, you may disregard this information. If you have any questions, please feel free to call (501) 450-5098 or email intlinsurnace@uca.edu and also, LewerMark support staff are always available to chat from their website.

Are you planning on participating in an internship or required practicum this Fall? If you are, it must be approved under Curricular Practical Training (CPT) before you start. You can find answers to most questions about CPT and the application form here!

If you are traveling internationally, please complete this brief travel survey so that we are aware of your travel plans in case you need assistance. Do not complete this survey if you are not traveling or are traveling only within the U.S.

If you don’t have a travel signature on page 2 of your I-20 please see the website for the full instructions on how to get your I-20 signed. (signature is valid for up to one year from the date it was signed).

To meet with a staff member in our office, you must request an appointment in advance. Use the Appointment button on the IE webpage to schedule your appointment. Most meetings will be held via phone or Zoom. It is very important to check your email for instructions from the staff member to see if the meeting date and time has been accepted and how your meeting will take place.
