Mindcraft the Musical
I am super proud of all our children and how they performed for you all last week. The main characters had such a lot of lines to learn and they all handled their parts like professionals. It is not easy (or cheap) to stage a production, especially when we use a theatre or Hall off site and have to travel to practices. Class routines are put on hold for a few weeks but end of year requirements for staff remain. So, I wish to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of our teachers and teacher aides to ensure the production was successful; Mrs Andrews and her team (including TAs Vicki, Sherri, Carol, Lynn) - the props and costumes were perfect! Miss Whittaker and Miss Duncan for helping students learn their lines; Miss Whittaker for her continual encouragement and commitment as we practiced, and along with Vicki and Sherri, managing the back stage crew for the performances; Miss Dravitzki for controlling the music and sounds; Miss Reynolds and Mrs Andrews for their work with the dancers; Miss Reynolds for ticket and programme designs; and all the teachers for ensuring their own class dances were perfect! We couldn't do it without you!
We would be grateful for any photos you may have taken as that was something that we simply forgot to do!
