Good Morning E.L.M. Families,

Happy Friday! Despite the challenges that we have faced this week with getting outside, we have decided to move forward with Field Day today. We feel that with consistent patrols from emergency personnel in the area, along with a large contingent of the Savoy Fire Dept. joining us today for the field day festivities, that it will be safe to provide this special day to our students. We know the kiddos are super excited about having some fun outside, getting wet, and ending our day with a visit from the ice cream truck. Students will be divided into teams and are assigned team colors. Please take a look below to find your student and their team color. Thank you.

* Permission slips for the Grafton Lake & Forest Park Zoo field trips were sent home this week. Please sign and return them as soon as possible. Thank you.

* Aftercare Update: The last day for our Aftercare program will be Friday, June 23rd. Also, after much discussion with our School Committee on Monday, we have committed to providing the Aftercare program next year. Please be on the lookout in late July or early August for a survey asking families about aftercare needs. This survey will help us determine the cost of the program and staffing needs.

* Next Friday we will visit Grafton Lake. We will leave school at approximately 8:45 and return for dismissal. Students should plan to bring a bathing suit, towel, sunblock, change of clothes and a lunch, snacks & drink.
