Thanks to everyone who came out for the pool party in June. It was a blast. A special thanks to the band, Southern Soul, that performed at our party. They also donated 8 tickets for their August performance at the Dallas Theater in downtown Dallas. We would also like to thank our sponsors, who generously donated to our party- Outrageous Mini Golf and Art Things & Southern Things.

Community Reminders

From HOA President Joe Nucci:

The board is committed to continuing the improvements around the community and there will be several things going on this fall and winter.

We want to remind people that parking in yards or in the street for prolonged periods can result in fines.

We also want people to know that if they need a temporary exemption all they have to do is email us with what will be parked where and for how long. Example: My boat will be in the driveway for a 3 days or several cars will be in the street for a party. We generally approve all requests as long as they aren't continuous.


Also, we are considering starting a neighborhood watch. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the HOA.

Dues

This is a reminder that quarterly HOA dues are due 10/15/18 for the 4th quarter of 2018. The best way to reach our treasurer is by email. The best way to pay dues is with bank bill pay, which will send a bank check to the HOA. Please make sure all payments are being sent to P.O. Box 2180. Any payments not sent to the P. O. Box will be returned to the sender.

Pool Closing

The 2018 pool season is coming to an end. The last day the pool will be open will be Labor Day. After that, we have repair projects scheduled.

Regarding this year's pool season, HOA President Joe Nucci said, "I personally want to reach out and let everyone know that we had a great summer season this year, and that I appreciate everyone's hard work and dedication to making this community a great one."
