Tech Fun Run Fundraising FINAL CALL

Aloha Mindful Families,

On Monday, we received many of our Students Fundraising Envelopes and AWESOME CHEER Posters. This is the LAST CALL!!!

We know many of our families were on vacation off-island over the break. We will accept Fundraising Envelopes and Cheer Poster until TODAY, Tuesday, March 21, 2023 by 2:15pm. Anything coming in AFTER this deadline will not go towards the SLIME Balloons Incentives.

We do ask that ALL Fundraising Envelopes get returned to the school by 2:15pm today. We want to account for all envelopes.

At last count this afternoon we were just about half-way to our $25,000 goal.

Reminder about April 16 Intramural Track Event

Attention runners! Waikiki School has been invited to participate in the 1st Annual Elementary School Track Meet along with other elementary schools including Liholiho, Wilson, Kahala and others. We will need to form a team that consists of 16 boys and 16 girls, and this is open to Waikiki School 4th and 5th graders. Date of Track Meet: Sunday, April 16 8:30-11:30am at Kaiser High school.

Walk Bike & Roll - April 21, 2023

In an effort to encourage Safe Routes to School and to celebrate Earth Week and BikeEd, we will be holding a Walk, Bike, or Roll to School event on Friday, April 21st! Grab your shoes, bikes, scooters, skateboards, roller skates, or unicycles and commute to school with your families and friends! Arrival is at the normal 8:00am bell. Prizes will be distributed to all who participate and the classroom with the largest percentage of participating students will win a special prize. A “Walking School Bus” will be led by Waikīkī School parent Yamato Sasaki, and students will meet at Paki Park and leave with Yamato at 7:45 AM - you can also drop off your child off at Paki Park by 7:45 AM or participate in the Walking School Bus with them.
