Switch to or update your Firefox:

UPDATE YOUR JAVA

You will need the most recent version of Java installed to use Blackboard Collaborate.

Go to this link: https://www.java.com/en/

to find out if you have java installed or need to install it.

Call in to coaching on the phone

You can call in to coaching if your microphone doesn't work or you can't get to a computer, or your computer is broken.

If you call in, make sure your phone is on mute so you are not making a lot of noise in the coaching room. Un-mute your phone to talk and participate!

Call: 571-392-7703

After you dial that number, you will need to enter in your coach's PIN number.

Each Coaching Classroom has its own distinct PIN number.
