Teacher Appreciation Week

This week, May 8 - May 12, is Teacher Appreciation Week. Please take a minute to reach out to your child's teacher and let them know they are appreciated for their hard work each and every day. We have a great team of teachers at Peak View and are thankful for each one.

SOL Testing Window

Students in 3rd, 4th & 5th grades will be taking SOL tests May 15 through May 25. Specific dates are listed below under "Save the Date". It is important that your child attend school on these days. If possible, please avoid scheduling trips or appointments that would take your child out of school during this time period. If you become aware of an unavoidable conflict that could result in your child missing a testing day, please notify your child’s teacher as soon as possible.

Tips for testing:

- RELAX and bring your “A” game of effort and do your BEST!!

- Be on time for school, testing will begin around 8:40 am each day.

- Get a good night’s rest and eat a good breakfast.

PTO Family Night

Our final PTO Family Night for this school year will be Thursday, June 1st. Please join us at Smiley's Ice Cream from 5pm-9pm. Smiley's is located at 205 Don Litten Pkwy, Bridgewater. A percentage of your purchase goes to the PTO.

Field Day - We need YOU!

HELP!!! WE NEED CLOTHES

We are in need of boys clothing, size 4 to 16/18 to make it through the rest of this school year. We may have to call parents to bring a change of clothes for their child if we do not get any donations. If your child comes home with a change of clothes, please wash and return them as soon as possible.

Spring Pictures

Spring pictures will be coming home this week. Please send in money for the pictures you are keeping and return the unwanted ones. ORDERS AND UNWANTED PICTURES ARE DUE ON MAY 19th.
