We have reached the midpoint of the academic year; the fall semester has ended and the spring semester begins on Monday. Administrators and teachers are evaluating feedback surveys from students and colleagues and making adjustments to our practice. As always, if there's anything our team can do to improve the students' experience at DR, we want to hear from you.

• Midterm exams have concluded and the spring semester begins on Monday.
• As a reminder, Monday is a "Day 7." If a student is unsure of their second semester schedule, please check Aspen.
• Semester grades will be posted by Monday, February 6th.

Students who completed the CTE exploratory rotation will learn which shop they have been awarded on Monday morning. Rather than reporting directly to period 1 class, an announcement will be made for these students to assemble in the cafeteria to receive their assignments. Good luck!

Ms. Chang offers tutoring on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday after school in the office. Students may drop in for help and take the late bus home.

This is a reminder the Dighton Rehoboth schools will use the Apptegy alerts system for weather-related messages. It is not our plan to use local media outlets. The Regional Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) is a group of parents with children who have special needs that want to help other families facing similar challenges. We advise the school committees about the education and well being of their students with disabilities. Our goal is to listen and provide information and assistance in an open and friendly environment. Please see the attached flyer to learn more about the free VIRTUAL informational session scheduled for February 7th from 6-8 pm. Registration is required.
