It's not often that we see things from another perspective-- on purpose. We either don't honor the time required or we simply are afraid to see things differently. Uncertainty without permission can be stressful. Uncertainty with permission can be freeing! I say-- creativity resides at the edge of chaos. Let's look at things upside-down for a fresh perspective!

Join me for this month's Creativity Retreat :: Out of the Frame focused on noticing and shifting perspective. You're invited to explore any topic of your choice through the lens of art.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Take a hands-on approach to noticing as we touch, turn and pull a very special canvas from its frame to see things differently. Titled Out of the Frame, this art will literally move YOU!
• Enjoy mindfulness, collaboration and shared joy.
• There will be light snacks, poetry, music, movement, reflection, creativity and pause.
• We'll meet hybrid: in-person or virtual, your choice. Limited space for in-person.
  

Artist/Coach Annelies aims to inspire and feed your soul. She'll teach you how to see life differently and remember how to play again. A little (or a lot) intimidated by creativity? Come as you are! Curious creatives, beginners and seasoned artists are welcome! Discover that creativity really is good for you!

Learn new techniques for perspective and insight, leadership and resilience, deepen connection, and rejuvenate in the presence of imagination. Easy, peaceful, beautiful. Join us. These are magical experiences designed to change your life! Custom group experiences to suite corporate needs are available and welcomed.

Annelies' Creativity Retreats are immersive experiences designed to help you reach specific goals or outcomes and often include mindfulness practices, collaborative conversations, solo insights and creative activities. Some retreats are a few hours long and local to Raleigh with a virtual component while others are weekend events or destination adventures; quarterly in-person getaway Creativity Rendezvous!
