Staff Spotlight!

Today we are shouting out our AMAZING art teacher, Mrs. Padilla! Mrs. Padilla brings so much joy and color to Kolmar. The students absolutely love art class. They are always learning about different artists, different styles and designs, and they are always creating such exciting things. Mrs. Padilla goes above and beyond when it comes to teaching art. She not only is teaching our students about art, she is allowing them opportunities to express themselves creatively. Thanks for everything you do, Mrs. Padilla!

Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR) Testing

Students in grades 3, 4, and 5 will begin IAR testing tomorrow. Our students are well prepared for the assessments, but you can help by ensuring they get a good night sleep each night during testing (4/12-4/21). You can also help by ensuring they have breakfast each morning, and by letting them know they are ready and should not worry or stress, but try their best.
