Protocol for quickly and succinctly checking in...
This is a simple and effective way of finding out what members of a group are thinking about a topic, event, activity, etc.
Post large chart paper with three wide columns.
The first column: "Questions"
The second column: "Insights"
The third column: "Concerns"
Participants should add in writing or on post it notes thinking or ideas in each of the columns.
The facilitator can use this information to determine where the group is on the topic.
