Recess times - Please stick to the recess schedule that everyone made. If you need a copy of the 24/25 schedule, please let me know. It can also be found in Google Classroom under Schedules.

Tutoring - Tutoring will begin on 9/10/24 for Jefferson. Tutoring will take place on Tuesday/Thursday weekly. We have an updated 24/25 Tutoring/Bus transportation spreadsheet will all tutoring information on it. Please refer to the spreadsheet for questions.

PBIS & Class Dojo - Under positive points you should have: Responsible, Respectful, Safe and under negative points you should have: Be Responsible, Be Respectful and Be Safe. We want to see more positives than negatives. Reminder to start the day with 3 positive points.

Please read all of the PBIS handbook and the rules for giving or taking Dojo points/Red Cards/Detentions, etc... Be POSITIVE!!!! We should only be hearing the PBIS language for redirection, teaching, etc... We should NOT be hearing yelling, etc....

PBIS - Class Dojo- Please use the CLASS STORY in Dojo instead of the ALL MESSAGE to parents. You can individually message parents but the CLASS STORY goes to everyone and I can also see it and pull pictures and topics/lessons that you post.

Radio's - We have numerous radio's around the building. These are much faster to use for emergencies and contact on the playground. Please take the radio's outside when you go out for recess. [There is at least 1 radio assigned to each classroom in addition to all of the other ones around]. Please turn them on at dismissal with the volume up also.

Car Rider Template/Transportation Change Template

• Encourage parents to call the office before 2:00 p.m. for transportation changes. This alleviates issues if your are busy in your classroom and don't have time to read messages or if you are absent.
• Be sure that you are checking the transportation change template right before dismissal.
• Car Rider template - Be sure that students are packed up and ready to walk out your classroom door at 2:30 for car rider lines. We will start loading cars at 2:34.
