Superintendent Information
Dear Jaguar Families,
Thank you to our local veterans for attending our luncheon last week. It was our honor to have you at the school. Thank you again for your service.
Please note that Quarter 1 grade progress reports will be sent home later this week. Contact your child's teacher(s) if you have any questions or concerns. For our older students, Jag Help is available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday after school for quiet study time or help from teachers.
Junior High boys basketball games tip off this week. Please see the schedule below and join us to cheer on the Jags. Speaking of Jaguar Athletics, I want to say a huge thank you to our Fall coaches ( Wendy Sargent, Nate Aceves, Maddie Flaig and Colby Easterling) and of course our Athletic Director Kyle Hickman. An example of the hard work that Kyle and our coaches have put in is our student participation rates. Last year we had 8 students involved in fall sports. Contrast with this year, we have 40 students involved in fall athletics (HS volleyball, football, JH Girls basketball, and JH boys basketball) or roughly 70% of secondary students, involved in our athletic program this fall. Amazing!
Thank you and Go Jags!
Aaron Kombol
Superintendent
