Great news, we are taking your Senior Portraits in-person at CPFA! Our AP Photography class students and Mrs. Okcuoglu will be your photographers. Wear your fave clothes - bring additional “dressed-up” attire if you wish to be photographed in 2 different styles of clothing. This portrait shoot, of course, is completely optional; if you are more comfortable you can send in 3-5 photos of yourself to be included in the yearbook.
Sign-Up for you on-site senior portrait shoot HERE.

On-Site Car Line Procedure
As the music classes come back to campus this week and we have our largest number of students on site for the remainder of the CPFA school year, please note that we will be following a modified procedure for student drop-off and pick-up. Parents, please continue to follow the procedure as shown on the CPFA Homepage HERE for morning, lunchtime, and end-of-day. All student drivers should register their car with Mrs. Harvey and park in the designated spots on the carline map.
Students will be dismissed at the end of the day from their last period class. On fair weather days, students will gather their personal items and wait for pick-up on the front walk or grassy areas outside the building. Students must stay off the pavement at all times. During inclement weather, students will be socially distanced in the halls of the school until called.
From Our School Nurse
Mrs. Swink is happy to report CPFA started reopening on March 8 and things are going well. Unfortunately, the Chester County Incidence rate has increased to 181.1 and % PCR increased to 9.1 putting CPFA at the "substantial level" for possible transmission. We will continue our layered techniques of decreasing the risk of COVID transmission, including wearing masks, social distancing, increased air quality, and signed student and parent pledges. Please continue to monitor students for possible symptoms of Covid-19, and contact Mrs. Swink if your child is being tested for Covid-19 or if you have concerns.
Please review the content of the student and parent pledge weekly.

All 11th graders must submit a physical exam and get their second Meningitis vaccine, or sign an Exemption Form before the end of their 11th grade term. If these forms are not submitted to Mrs. Swink, those students will not be able to start 12th grade. Remember, your child will also need a physical exam to get a drivers permit. Keep a copy of your 11th grade physical exam.
Please contact Mrs. Swink at tswink1@palcs.org or 484 748 1727 with any health concerns at CPFA. Food Allergy Action Plans are preferred now, but definitely needed prior to start of next school year. If your child needs to take a medication at school, a medication authorization form will need to be signed by parent and doctor.
