Our Superintendent, Mr. Granatino spent quality time at Governor Winslow School this week. He joined in our number corner activities, served lunch to all students, and celebrated teaching and learning in our school community.

We are grateful to have such a wonderful Superintendent!

PeaceLeaders are student mentors who are selected by their classmates to be the PeaceLeaders of the building. Their mission is to improve school climate and help our community. We are so proud of the large number of candidates that delivered outstanding speeches. It was a very close election and all the students were deserving.

Tuesday 2/7: 2023-2024 School year Kindergarten registration, 12:00-2:30PM

Thursday 2/9: 2023-2024 School year Kindergarten registration, 9:30AM-12:00PM

February 20-24: February break

Thursday 3/2: First day for After School Enrichment, 3:30PM-4:30PM

Friday 3/10: Trimester 2 ends

Wednesday 3/15: FBMS Incoming Grade 6 Parent Night, 6:30PM (See details below)

Applications are being accepted for the 2023 GWS After School Enrichment Program. Please click here to apply online. Applications, along with a $60 fee, are due back no later than Friday, February 10, 2023.

Kindergarten registration for the next school year is now open. Parents have the option to register online or in person. Please be sure to complete your child’s registration no later than Friday, March 17, 2023.

Children entering Kindergarten must be five (5) years old by August 31, 2023.

Lunch and breakfast will be served at all elementary schools this year free of charge.

A la carte items cost extra and cannot be charged to a student's account.
