Dear GLOBE community,

Can you believe we are only about five weeks away from the start of the 2023-2024 school year?

The first day of school is Wednesday, August 9, and we want to ensure that you and your students are ready.

Please read the important information below about the Student Enrollment Form that must be completed for every student. You will also find information about Orientation Day, which takes place on Monday, August 7. Our website hosts a back-to-school page which features useful information to help you prepare.

Please keep a lookout for more news and updates over the next few weeks, which will provide key information about the first day of school, campus updates, meetings and other information you'll need as we prepare for the new school year.

Every student must complete GLOBE's 2023-24 Student Registration Form on the Enrollease website, and verify the following information:

• Health Forms. Please note: Rising 7th grade students are required to provide an updated Certificate of Immunization, Form 3231.

• Acknowledge review of Student and Family Handbook and Family Directory.

• Photo/Media Release.

Instructions to complete the form:

1. Log-in to the Enrollease website, HERE.
   If you do not remember your password, click the ‘Forgot Password’ tab and follow the on-screen instructions.
   
   

2. Select 'GLOBE's 2023-24 Student Registration Form'. Complete the information and supply any documentation as required. Click ‘save’ when complete.
   You can revisit the form at any time by logging back into Enrollease and opening the form to provide any missing information. Just remember to save after each session.
   
   

3. On completion of the form, you will receive a message ‘under staff review’. Your information will be reviewed and GLOBE will only contact you if we require any further details.

GLOBE will work diligently to verify your documentation. Please be aware that the verification process can take up to 30 days from the start of the new school year.

The purpose of GLOBE Orientation is to provide you with back-to-school resources and build our partnership with you and your student(s) prior to the first day of school.

Our doors will be open from 7:30am until 12:30pm, so be sure to drop by to do the following:

• Visit your campus and classrooms

• Learn homeroom assignments

• Meet your teachers

• Drop off school supplies

• Get GLOBE gear (read our uniform policy here)

• Shop spirit wear

• Shop gently used uniforms

• Meet campus nurses and drop off student health forms and medications (if required)

• Learn about our Athletics program and participation requirements

• Connect with PTCC (Parent Teacher Community Council)

• Donate to the Annual Fund

• Register for Extended Care Program (ECP) and/or Enrichments
