If your child needs to leave early from school, or has a change of after school dismissal plans, please call the office 515.386.3178. Sometimes teachers don't have time to check Remind or email during the school day, so calling the office will ensure your child gets the message and gets home safely.

Here are a few reminders for our winter outdoor play:

• Please label your child's winter clothing with their name. This helps us ensure we get any lost items back to them (and you!)
• Snow pants and boots must be worn to play in the snow.
• If students do not wear boots or snow pants, they will be able to play on concrete surfaces only.

We have a few donations of winter clothing. If you need winter clothing for your child, please reach out to our nurse, Lita Bauer 515-386-3178.

Greene County Schools wants to keep you up to date on our building-wide safety drills. I will be sending an email and text message to all parents/guardians 1 day prior to a safety drill we will be having at school. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Thanks!
