Cornell Newsletter Supporting Your Health & Well-Being
October 6, 2022
As you look forward to a well deserved break from classes, we hope you have a restorative, restful, and fun fall break. Take a moment today to reflect on what you've accomplished so far this semester and what you hope to achieve in the second half of the semester.
And... remember to reach out for help if you need it. Successful people know they can't do it all on their own. Suffering in silence, procrastination, and denial are inefficient and ineffective. While it might feel unfamiliar, or even a bit daunting to initiate using a resource, the reward will be the answer to a question, some much needed perspective, the solving of a problem and/or getting yourself back on track in one way or another. So, relax and regroup during fall break and consider making a plan to use a social, academic or health related resource next week.
In community,
