Community Thanksgiving Dinner: You are invited to attend the Community Thanksgiving Dinner at First Baptist Church of Crane this Thursday, November 18 beginning at 6:00 PM. CSCO decided to continue with Kathy Davidson's favorite event! We hope that all of you will come together for food and fellowship! This community event is a free event made possible by many community donors!

Amazing Community Support: Davis Agricultural Enterprises, Westrip Funeral Home (the second time this year) and one couple who wishes to remain anonymous have donated money to provide afternoon snack milk for kindergarten and first grade students through at least third quarter and into the 3rd quarter! We are so appreciative of the kindness these donors have shown!

Fall Carnival: Our Fall Carnival will be taking place this Friday, November 19 with food being sold beginning at 5:00 PM and games starting at 5:30 PM in the Jr. High Gym. Raffle tickets for grade level raffle baskets went home Friday. Winners will be drawn at the Carnival around 6:50 pm on November 19th. Tickets are $0.50 each, they can be sold now through November 19 at the Carnival. You do not need to be present to win. Each grade level's basket is listed below. All proceeds to this event go to each grade level to use for supplies.

Preschool - Crockpot gift basket

Kindergarten- Baby It’s Cold Outside Basket: S’more maker, Electric Kettle, Keurig coffee machine, k cups, tea, Hot chocolate mixes with mugs, Ugg blanket, fuzzy cheetah blanket, a plaid blanket, warmsies-microwavable fuzzy slippers, cheesecake mix, 2 Silver Dollar City Tickets, 300 piece puzzle, with more on the way!!!

First grade - Hunting basket: backpack, flashlight, vest, hothands, fire starter, bug repellent, outdoor cooking pots, etc.

Second Grade- $50 Bass Pro Gift Card, $50 Olive Garden Gift Card, 2 Silver Dollar City tickets

Third Grade - Gift Card Bouquet: An arrangement of a variety of gift cards.

Fourth Grade - Branson Getaway

Fifth & Sixth Grade- One night stay at the Promenade Hilton at the Landing in Branson and a Big Whiskey gift Card

Special Education - Small patriotic quilt

Christmas Music Concert: We will be having our Christmas Music Concerts on Monday, December 20, 2021. The kindergarten through 2nd grade students' performance will begin at 6 PM and the 3rd-6th grade students' performance will begin at 7 PM. The 6th grade band will also be performing that night. The concerts will be in the High School Gym.

Christmas Makeovers: Forms for Christmas makeovers went home last week. If you would like your child to participate, please complete the form and return it by this Friday. We also could use licensed cosmetologists to volunteer to help cut and style hair. If you are interested in helping, please call the elementary office at 417-723-5300 ext. 1301.

Honor Choir: Honor Choir practice is this Tuesday at 7:20 AM! Honor Choir students need to arrive on time and head directly to the music room!

COVID Testing: Did you know if your child as COVID symptoms you can arrange to have Nurse Tena administer a rapid COVID test for free? We ask that you call the office to arrange a time with Nurse Tena to bring your child in for testing. She will have the results within 15 minutes. Please know we will NOT test your child without your consent!
