Understanding Your Foot offland Type:
One of the first steps in selecting the right running shoes is understanding your foot type. There are three main foot types: neutral, pronated, and supinated. Knowing your foot type can help you determine the level of arch support and stability your feet need.
Neutral Feet: If you have a neutral foot type, you're fortunate as your feet are well-balanced. Look for running shoes with moderate arch support and cushioning.
Pronated Feet: Pronation occurs when the foot rolls inward excessively. Individuals with pronated feet should opt for stability shoes that provide additional support to prevent overpronation.
